Server Internal Logs

  1. Remote into your server

  2. Open IIS

  3. Right click on the Qommentary Engine website and select “Explore”

  4. Search and open the web.config file

  5. Change the stdoutLogEnabled to true

  6. Restart the Qommentary Engine application pool

  7. Try to hit the license endpoint on https://[HOSTNAME]/api/license/getkeyinfo

  8. Go to the Qommentary Engine folder (same as step 3)

  9. Search and open the logs folder

  10. Open the log file relevant to the date you're searching for
