### Server Internal Logs

1. Remote into your server
2. Open IIS
3. Right click on the Qommentary Engine website and select “Explore”\

4. Search and open the **web.config** file\

5. Change the *stdoutLogEnabled* to **true**\ <br>

6. Restart the Qommentary Engine application pool
7. Try to hit the license endpoint on *https\://\[HOSTNAME]/api/license/getkeyinfo*
8. Go to the Qommentary Engine folder (same as step 3)
9. Search and open the logs folder\

10. Open the log file relevant to the date you're searching for\
