Server Internal Logs
- Remote into your server 
- Open IIS 
- Right click on the Qommentary Engine website and select “Explore”   
- Search and open the web.config file  
- Change the stdoutLogEnabled to true  
- Restart the Qommentary Engine application pool 
- Try to hit the license endpoint on https://[HOSTNAME]/api/license/getkeyinfo 
- Go to the Qommentary Engine folder (same as step 3) 
- Search and open the logs folder  
- Open the log file relevant to the date you're searching for
