# Sharing commentary

A commentary can be shared to one or multiple users and/or groups. To share a commentary, follow these steps:

1. Click on the <img src="/files/-MbetsGzAOrALangAnnH" alt="" data-size="line"> icon

2\. Click on Add groups or Add users and start typing a name. Optionally write a personal message

3\. Click on Share button

4\. An email notification will be sent to each user and group selected, with a link back into the application and selection context.&#x20;
