#### \[QOM-1947] Commentary override

Fixed an issue where, in cases of simultaneous commentary edits by multiple users, one user’s commentary was unintentionally overwritten by another’s without a proper warning.&#x20;

This fix introduces a validation modal to alert users when there is a conflicting edit. The warning will now appear when two users try to edit and save the same commentary with identical selections at the same time. The system captures a snapshot of the commentary upon loading and compares it with the commentary at the time of saving. If discrepancies are detected, the user is prompted to refresh to view the latest updates before saving.
