# Activation

### Activating a license

1\.  Launch the Qommentary Manager

2\. Copy and paste the **license key** provided by Qommentary into the textbox

3\. Click on **Activate Key** button

Upon successful activation, details about the license should be displayed:

### Renewing a license

1\. Launch the Qommentary Manager

2\. Click on the **License** menu option under *License Management*

3\. Copy and paste the **license key** provided by Qommentary into the textbox

4\. Click on **Activate Key** button

Upon successful activation, details about the renewed license should be displayed.
