# User Allocation

To allocate Qommentary licenses to users:

1\. Launch the Qommentary Manager\
2\. Navigate to **User Allocation**

### Allocating a user license

1\. Click on the **Allocate** button (top right corner)

2\. Start typing the name of a user and you will see available suggestions presented

3\. Select the user and repeat the process to allocate licenses to more users

4\. Click on the **Allocate** button

5\. The selected user/s have now been allocated a Qommentary license<br>

### Deallocating a user license

To deallocate a Qommentary license from a user:

1 . Click on the **Deallocate** icon

2\. Click on the **Confirm** button

3\. The user has been deallocated
