User Allocation

Manage user license allocation within your Qommentary environment

To allocate Qommentary licenses to users:

1. Launch the Qommentary Manager 2. Navigate to User Allocation

1. Click on the Allocate button (top right corner)

2. Start typing the name of a user and you will see available suggestions presented

3. Select the user and repeat the process to allocate licenses to more users

4. Click on the Allocate button

5. The selected user/s have now been allocated a Qommentary license

To deallocate a Qommentary license from a user:

1 . Click on the Deallocate icon

2. Click on the Confirm button

3. The user has been deallocated
