Synching users and groups

Qommentary integrates with Qlik Sense user repository and imports all active users to the Qommentary Database.

When you setup Qommentary for the first time, you will need to sync all users. Once users have been synched, you'll be able to perform the following actions:

  • Update user attributes

  • Assign roles to users

  • Add users to groups

  • Manage user security permissions

  • Assign users to approval workflows

  • Allocate user licenses

To synch users, follow these steps:

1. Go the Qommentary Admin Console 2. Click on Users

3. Click on Sync button

Congratulations! You have successfully synched all Qlik Sense users.
