Exporting data

If you wish to make data available offline, then Qommentary Writeback allows you to generate an Excel file with all application and user-input data combined.

Exporting to Excel

1. Click on Export icon

An Excel file is generated and downloaded to your file system:

Enabling export

The export data functionality can be turned on or off in the writeback table. To control this feature, please follow these steps:

1. Edit the sheet and select the Qommentary Writeback extension 2. Expand the Export section in the properties panel 3. Toggle Enable export as desired

Format options

When exporting data, dates can be converted to the system's locale date format (default) or use the format as specified in the table dataset.

If you wish to change the date format, please follow these steps:

1. Edit the sheet and select the Qommentary Writeback extension 2. Expand the Export section in the properties panel 3. Toggle Date format as desired
