Customizing email template

Qommentary provides customization of email templates which are delivered to users every time a notification is triggered in the system.

By customizing the Qommentary Writeback share email template, you can apply your own brand styling and communication tone.

To customize, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Qommentary Admin Console 2. Under Configuration, select Email Templates menu option 3. Click on the icon in the Writeback Share template item

4. Edit the template using the rich text editor

You can click on the < > icon to update source code with your own custom HTML

5. Click on Save
