[QOM-861] List of users and groups in Share window not showing
Fixed an issue with the commentary share functionality which caused the list of searched users or groups to disappear.
[QOM-865] Display all users and groups by default
Introduced a new default behaviour which allows any user to view all system's users and/or groups if custom security rules are not present or disabled.
