[QOM-857] Number component with type integer allowing decimal places

Fixed a validation issue which allowed decimals to be entered in integer input fields.

[QOM-1090] Checkbox controls saving false values as null

Fixed a data issue which caused Checkbox controls to save unchecked values as null.

Qommentary Engine

[QOM-1091] CORS issue with same origin sites

With the upgrade of .NET Core Hosting bundle to version 3.1.x, Microsoft introduced stricter restrictions which required same-origin sites accessing the Qommentary Engine to be whitelisted. This fix ensures that same-origin sites can establish communication without any CORS issues.
