#### \[QOM-1091] CORS issue with same origin sites

With the upgrade of .NET Core Hosting bundle to version 3.1.x, Microsoft introduced stricter restrictions which required same-origin sites accessing the Qommentary Engine to be whitelisted. This fix ensures that same-origin sites can establish communication without any CORS issues.
